Short version: you do not need an account, we do not sell personal data, and where the law says we must ask first, we ask.
Who we are
Questlore games (web and Android mobile titles, including Royal Gem Forge: Drop & Crush and Merge Orchard) are developed and published by Questlore Indian Gamer Media LLP. You can reach us about anything on this page using the contact details at the bottom.
No accounts
You never sign up or log in. We do not ask for your name, email or any free text, and our games have no chat or user-generated content.
What stays on your device
Our games keep your level progress, stars, coins, audio settings and a random anonymous player ID in local device storage (not a tracking cookie). The ID is not linked to who you are. Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the mobile app removes it completely.
Analytics (PostHog)
On questlore.games we use PostHog to learn which games are fun and where players get stuck: things like game loaded, level started, level finished, how long a session lasted. It is cookieless, which means it uses the anonymous ID above rather than tracking cookies.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: analytics are off until you press Accept in the banner. Decline, or ignore it, and nothing is sent.
- Everywhere else: analytics are on, and you will not see a banner.

Error monitoring (Sentry)
If a game crashes, a report is sent to Sentry so we can fix it. Reports contain the technical error and the game version. We configure Sentry not to record your IP address or any personal data.
Ads (Web & Google AdMob on Android)
On questlore.games and in our Android mobile games on Google Play (such as Royal Gem Forge: Drop & Crush), we display optional rewarded video ads and level-end interstitial ads powered by Google AdSense / Google AdMob. Google may use device advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads in accordance with Google's Privacy & Terms. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland you will first see Google's consent message and can choose what to allow.
Games on other portals
Our web games are also published on game portals such as CrazyGames and Poki. The versions that run there send us no data at all: no analytics and no error reports. Each portal has its own privacy policy for what it collects.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Your rights and contact
Because your progress is stored locally on your device and any anonymous ID is not tied to your identity, we do not hold personal accounts, but you can contact us with any privacy question or deletion request at any time:
